At B J's Bbq, we don't cut corners — and we especially don't cut corners on smoke time. Our brisket goes into the pit early in the morning and doesn't come out until it's ready, which usually means it's ready well after you'd expect. That's just how we do it.

Every item on our menu is made from scratch, smoked to order, and served with sides that hit different.
Smoked Brisket
Our award-worthy brisket is rubbed, smoked over oak for 14 hours, and sliced to order. Tender, smoky, and always the star.
St. Louis Ribs
Full rack of St. Louis–style pork ribs, dry-rubbed and smoked until they bend but don't break. Sauced or plain — your call.
Pulled Pork
Shoulder pork smoked low all day, hand-pulled, and piled high. Perfect on a bun or as a half-pound plate.
House Sausage
Hand-stuffed beef and pork sausage, smoked until the casings crackle. Juicy, peppery, and made in-house.
Smoked Chicken
Half or quarter chicken, brined overnight and smoked until the skin is glass and the meat is impossibly tender.
